Be you support services is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, supporting families and individuals in our community living with a disability and helping them do the things they love.
At Be you support services our friendly team provides a wide range of support under the NDIS, including At home care, Nursing and social activities. We focus on getting to know the strengths of people this allows us to better help you reach your short term and long term goals.
SERVICES WE OFFER
Supported independent living
Arrangements to assist individuals with or to supervise tasks of daily living in a shared living environment. Which is either temporary or ongoing and designed to develop skills of the individual to live as autonomously as possible.
Daily living assistance ( High intensity )
Enabling people with more complex needs to live as autonomously as possible - support is provided by staff with additional experience/qualifications.
Travel/transport
We provide travel arrangements and support for people to access essential services.
Household Tasks
Our skilled and caring support workers can assist you or empower you to do daily household chores.
Community Nursing
Providing specialist care in the home for those who require a higher level of care and attention. Examples include dressing, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
Community Participation
Individuals are supported to participate in mainstream community-based activities that are open to all members of the community.
